Hello! I’m Lauren Diamond, I am 25 years old and the artist and creative mind behind DIAMOND DRIP DESIGNS. My small business was born from my lifelong commitment and love for creating. Whether it be painting, drawing, or sculpting I have always enjoyed being able to express my thoughts and personality in a way that my words alone cannot achieve. Now, I hope to be able to turn that passion into beautiful functional pieces that will bring a little happiness and diamond luxury drip to your day.

FAQs

  • I ship orders every week on Tuesday. I appreciate your patience as I create your piece. Orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive (US Customers) It can take longer to ship internationally.

  • No. DIAMOND DRIP DESIGN acrylic tumblers are HAND WASH ONLY. This is to help preserve the decal and maintain the longevity of your tumbler. Please wash and handle with care <3

  • All “snow-globe” drip effect products are made using:

    • Glitter (Normal or UV Activated)

    • A refined mix of Glycerin + Distilled Water (ratio varies depending on desired flow speed)

    • All DIAMOND DRIP DESIGN tumblers are BPA Free Acrylic

  • Refunds are completed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow for some time for a full refund to process as it can take between 5 - 10 days or longer depending on your bank of choice. If you experience an issue with your order please utilize the Contact tab at the top of my website to submit your claim. I typically respond within 24 hours and I am happy to make right any issues I am able to!

    Refunds/Replacements are determined and processed based on defective or damaged product resulting from issues during shipping and handling. I inspect and ensure all products made by me are high quality and made to last before being sent out to you.

    Images of damaged or defective product will be required in your claim to be eligible for a refund. I will not do refunds on Mystery Tumblers at this time. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business!
