How to Order

  • 1: Choose your cup from the custom cup product page.

    2: Select the internal effect you want and detail colors, flow speed, and if you would like your cup to be made on live. Then add to cart.

    3: Navigate to the UV DTF decal product page and scroll through the available designs until you find the one you love most! Then add to cart.

    4: Navigate to the Cup- Add on product page for polymer shape and shaped glitter options, lids, straws, etc. Add all add-ons into your cart.

    Complete your purchase by clicking the cart button in the top right corner of my website!

  • 1: Go to the resin customs product page and select which mold you would like to use. Specify color choices in detail. Then add to cart.

    2: Navigate to the resin- add on product page and select any additional items you would like in your custom. Then add to cart.

    3: Click on the cart button in the top right of my website to complete your purchase.

  • 1: Go to the pen and pokey tool product page and select pen custom option. Choose the color of your choice. Then add to cart.

    2: Add a pen extension if desired. This will allow for more space to add several more beads and or focal beads.

    3: Click on the cart button in the top left of my site to complete purchase.

Common Questions and Product Facts

  • Acrylic + Glass cups with external decals are HAND WASH ONLY. This is to help preserve the decal and maintain the longevity of your cup design. Please wash and handle with care <3

  • All available Glass cup options can hold both cold and warm beverages. Exposure to extreme heat can cause the bottom of the cup to break.

    All available Acrylic cup options can only hold cold beverages.

  • I am not currently disclosing this information. However, all products and ratios for the solutions used to make each cup effect are now listed in my cup course, which can be purchased under the Prints tab in my shop.

    This is a one-time purchase which will be continuously updated. All updates to the course will be sent to the email given on the date of purchase.

  • I ship orders every week based on the number of orders I receive, this is typically every Tuesday. I appreciate your patience as I create your piece. Orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive (US Customers) It can take longer to ship internationally.

  • Refunds are completed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow for some time for a full refund to process as it can take between 5 - 10 days or longer depending on your bank. If you experience an issue with your order please utilize the contact tab at the top of my website. I typically respond within 24 hours and I am happy to make right any issues I am able to!

    Refunds/Replacements are determined and processed based on defective or damaged product resulting from issues during shipping. I inspect and ensure all products made by me are high quality and packaged as safely as possible before any product is sent out to you.

    Images of damaged or defective product will be required to be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business!
